Dne 21. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2017 v Olomouci prob\u011bhl 23. ro\u010dn\u00edk T\u00fddn\u016f vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00fdch<\/strong> (TVD<\/em>), kde m\u011bl p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek i n\u00e1\u0161 majitel a jednatel v jedn\u00e9 osob\u011b Ing. Leopold Podmol\u00edk.<\/strong> Leto\u0161n\u00ed t\u00e9ma TVD<\/strong> bylo zam\u011b\u0159eno na digit\u00e1ln\u00ed gramotnost, <\/strong>kde se tomuto t\u00e9matu se v\u011bnuje na\u0161e firma ji\u017e mnoho let.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diskuse se \u00fa\u010dastnili z\u00e1stupci Asociace instituc\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00fdch \u010cR<\/strong>, Fondu dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> a M\u00edstn\u00edch ak\u010dn\u00edch pl\u00e1nu<\/strong> Olomouck\u00e9ho kraje. C\u00edlem TVD<\/strong> je motivovat potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky celo\u017eivotn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, vzd\u011blavatele a zam\u011bstnance k \u00fa\u010dasti na dal\u0161\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a aktu\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v oblasti Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed gramotnosti<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 se bude v\u00edce a v\u00edce prom\u00edtat do dal\u0161\u00edch kompetenc\u00ed (Digitalizace kompetenc\u00ed<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1stupce se ve sv\u00e9m vystoupen\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159il na p\u0159\u00edklady z mnohalet\u00e9 praxe na\u0161\u00ed firmy v oblasti vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed IT, tj. postupn\u011b dle v\u00fdvoje znalostn\u00edch a dovednostn\u00edch pot\u0159eb klient\u016f na\u0161\u00ed firmy. Jednotliv\u00e9 historick\u00e9 etapy m\u016f\u017eeme charakterizovat standardizovan\u00fdmi postupn\u00fdmi n\u00e1zvy akreditovan\u00fdch rekvalifika\u010dn\u00edch kurz\u016f dle po\u017eadavk\u016f akredita\u010dn\u00ed komise M\u0160MT \u010cR –   \u201eObsluhy PC<\/strong><\/a>\u201c d\u00e1le pak \u201ePo\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9 gramotnosti<\/strong><\/a>\u201c a\u017e do sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed \u201eDigit\u00e1ln\u00ed gramotnosti<\/strong>\u201c. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b m\u00e1me akreditov\u00e1ny (DVPP M\u0160MT \u010cR) dva typy kurz\u016f Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed gramotnost pro Z\u0160<\/a> a Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed gramotnost pro S\u0160<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e1sledn\u011b Ing. Leopold Podmol\u00edk<\/strong> zd\u016fraznil pot\u0159ebu, d\u016fle\u017eitost a smysl t\u00e9matu standardizace v\u00fduky digit\u00e1ln\u00ed gramotnosti<\/strong> a s t\u00edm spojen\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed konceptu ECDL<\/strong><\/a> v souladu s preferovan\u00fdm evropsk\u00fdm konceptem DIGCOMP 2.0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed program E-Citizen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dal\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00fdm t\u00e9matem k digit\u00e1ln\u00ed gramotnosti<\/strong> dosp\u011bl\u00fdch byla i informace o vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm a poradensk\u00e9m programu e-Citizen<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, kter\u00fd je zam\u011b\u0159en na digit\u00e1ln\u00ed za\u010dle\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed a sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00ed propasti v \u010cR. D\u00e1le \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky kulat\u00e9ho stolu ve sv\u00e9 prezentaci sezn\u00e1mil s aktu\u00e1ln\u00edm stavem programu e-Citizen<\/em><\/strong> <\/a> a jeho lokalizaci a pilotn\u00edm ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed na cca a\u017e 90 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edc\u00edch projekt\u016f realizovan\u00fdch v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b na\u0161\u00ed firmou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
