Touto problematikou se zab\u00fdv\u00e1me ji\u017e n\u011bkolik let jako \u010dlenov\u00e9 Pracovn\u00edch skupin AIVD \u010cR<\/strong>, Asociace Age Managementu z.s.<\/strong> Jedn\u00edm z program\u016f, kter\u00fd se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 mezigenera\u010dn\u00ed spoluprac\u00ed ve firm\u00e1ch, je licen\u010dn\u00ed program Profesn\u00ed Seniorita\u00ae<\/strong>, kter\u00fd je prim\u00e1rn\u011b zam\u011b\u0159en na podporu \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed kari\u00e9ry s ohledem na v\u011bk (od absolvent\u016f a\u017e po zam\u011bstnance star\u0161\u00ed 50 let), zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edch povinnost\u00ed, zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed zm\u011bn v pracovn\u00ed i osobn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b, motivaci a celkovou du\u0161evn\u00ed pohodu pracovn\u00edk\u016f. M\u00e1me tak\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti s realizac\u00ed a zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00edm v\u00fdsledk\u016f podobn\u00fdch Audit\u016f do praxe \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed firem, kter\u00e9 jsme z\u00edskali p\u0159i realizaci projektu Firemn\u00ed gender v Olomouck\u00e9m kraji v praxi. V tomto projektu jsme \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b zavedli u 13 firem v Olomouck\u00e9m kraji z\u00e1v\u011bry a doporu\u010den\u00ed genderov\u00fdch Audit\u016f. V leto\u0161n\u00edm roce pro\u0161li 4 na\u0161i zam\u011bstnanci certifika\u010dn\u00edm \u0161kolen\u00edm a z\u00edskali tak autorizaci k realizaci Audit\u016f Age Managementu<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 V\u00e1m nyn\u00ed m\u016f\u017eeme nab\u00eddnout. V souladu s podm\u00ednkami V\u00fdzvy 79 n\u00e1klady na proveden\u00ed tohoto Auditu jsou pro \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 \u017eadatele uznateln\u00fdm n\u00e1kladem schv\u00e1len\u00e9ho projektu.<\/p>\n
