V posledn\u00edch dvou letech spolupracujeme s OHK P\u0159erov<\/a><\/strong> a OHK<\/strong> \u0160umperk<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>na projektu Vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f \u010dlensk\u00fdch firem<\/strong>. C\u00edlem je pro\u0161kolit zam\u011bstnance ve firm\u00e1ch na v\u0161ech \u00farovn\u00edch hiearchie firmy. V na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se zam\u011b\u0159ujeme na IT dovednosti <\/strong>a pak na tzv. m\u011bkk\u00e9 dovednosti <\/strong>(soft skills). A\u0165 chceme nebo nechceme, vzd\u011bl\u00e1vat se mus\u00edme cel\u00fd \u017eivot. A to nejen v odbornosti, ale tak\u00e9 pr\u00e1v\u011b i v oblasti soft skills<\/strong>. Pro\u010d? Proto\u017ee ve firm\u00e1ch pracuj\u00ed vedle sebe 3-4 generace pracovn\u00edk\u016f<\/strong>. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 generace m\u00e1 sv\u016fj komunika\u010dn\u00ed styl, sv\u00e9 priority, sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed zp\u016fsob chov\u00e1n\u00ed, … a ne v\u017edy si navz\u00e1jem rozum\u00ed. Tomuto t\u00e9matu se v\u011bnuje tzv. age management<\/strong>, kter\u00fd do na\u0161ich kurz\u016f z oblasti soft skills dovednost\u00ed tak\u00e9 v\u017edy za\u0159azujeme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n V r\u00e1mci \u0161kolen\u00ed je v\u017edy obsah a zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159izp\u016fsobeno konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed c\u00edlov\u00e9 skupin\u011b – \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee je skupina „poskl\u00e1dan\u00e1“ z \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f r\u016fzn\u00fdch firem, vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me mo\u017enost p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zku\u0161enost\u00ed mezi \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky – p\u0159ece jen, ka\u017ed\u00e1 firma je jin\u00e1 a m\u00e1 jin\u00e1 pravidla. Osobn\u00ed dobr\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti pak mohou pomoci i jin\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f, z jin\u00e9 firmy. Pokud jsou \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci z jedn\u00e9 firmy, pak se m\u016f\u017eeme zam\u011b\u0159it na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed probl\u00e9my \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f a vyzkou\u0161et si i p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed situac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je tr\u00e1p\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n V\u00fduka je v\u017edy vedena co nejv\u00edce interaktivn\u011b<\/strong>, tj. s co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm zapojen\u00edm \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f. Proto\u017ee i p\u0159i vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016f plat\u00ed, \u017ee „sly\u0161\u00edm a zapomenu<\/em>„, ale „vyzkou\u0161\u00edm si a osvoj\u00edm si<\/em>„. V r\u00e1mci \u0161kolen\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me i modern\u00ed n\u00e1stroje, nap\u0159. ankety v prost\u0159ed\u00ed mentimeter.com,<\/a> testov\u00e1n\u00ed v prost\u0159ed\u00ed slido.com<\/a>, atd. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b z\u00e1jmu ze strany \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me i metodu „hran\u00ed rol\u00ed<\/em>“ s nato\u010den\u00edm videa a koment\u00e1\u0159em k dan\u00e9 situaci. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fduky je tak\u00e9 cel\u00e1 \u0159ada test\u016f, kv\u00edz\u016f, cvi\u010den\u00ed atd. tak, aby byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna pozornost \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Z\u00e1kladem jsou v\u017edy komunika\u010dn\u00ed dovednosti <\/strong>– proto\u017ee bez vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 komunikace, naslouch\u00e1n\u00ed a zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby v\u00e1m i vysok\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 odborn\u00fdch znalost\u00ed a dovednost\u00ed bude k ni\u010demu. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci si ujasn\u00ed, jak v komunikaci pracovat s p\u0159edsudky, biasy, rozd\u00edln\u00fdm komunika\u010dn\u00edm stylem. Nau\u010d\u00ed se pou\u017e\u00edvat „J\u00c1 v\u00fdrok“ v praxi. Jak ur\u010dit sv\u016fj komunika\u010dn\u00ed typ a jak efektivn\u011b komunikovat s rozd\u00edln\u00fdmi komunika\u010dn\u00edmi typy. Nau\u010d\u00ed se vyu\u017e\u00edvat aktivn\u00ed naslouch\u00e1n\u00ed a s t\u00edm souvisej\u00edc\u00ed produktivn\u00ed dotazov\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n D\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed na\u0161eho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed a komunikace je efektivn\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed Asertivity <\/strong>– \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci \u0161kolen\u00ed se nau\u010d\u00ed a tak\u00e9 vyzkou\u0161\u00ed asertivn\u00ed pr\u00e1va i techniky v praxi. S Asertivitou \u00fazce souvis\u00ed tak\u00e9 Emo\u010dn\u00ed inteligence<\/strong>, kte\u00e1 je pro efektivn\u00ed komunikaci jak ve firm\u011b, tak i v soukrom\u00ed, velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Konflikty <\/strong>– jak jim p\u0159edch\u00e1zet, jak je \u0159e\u0161it a tak\u00e9 jak je vyu\u017e\u00edt – i to je jedno z t\u00e9mat, kter\u00e9mu se v\u011bnujeme. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci maj\u00ed mo\u017enost vyzkou\u0161et si techniky \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed konflikt\u016f v praxi – Batna, Watna, Zopa<\/strong>. Mohou si vyzkou\u0161et r\u016fzn\u00e9 vyjedn\u00e1vac\u00ed strategie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ce i soukrom\u00e9ho \u017eivota je stres. Proto se zam\u011b\u0159ujeme i na identifikaci stresu, zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed stresu i jeho p\u0159edch\u00e1zen\u00ed. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci si mohou vyzkou\u0161et r\u016fzn\u00e9 metody a techniky, kter\u00e9 mohou stres eliminovat nebo stresov\u00fdm situac\u00edm p\u0159edch\u00e1zet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dal\u0161\u00ed oblasti, kter\u00fdm se v r\u00e1mci firemn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bnujeme, je Pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a organizace \u010dasu, Veden\u00ed a kou\u010dink, Budov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed t\u00fdmu,<\/strong> …<\/p>\n\n\n\n Speci\u00e1ln\u011b pro pot\u0159eby vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edho managementu jsme ve spolupr\u00e1ci s OHK P\u0159erov<\/a><\/strong> zpracovali \u010dty\u0159denn\u00ed Akademii pro mistry<\/strong>. Mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi semin\u00e1\u0159i je v\u017edy 3-4 t\u00fddenn\u00ed rozestup tak, aby si mohli \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci nov\u011b z\u00edskan\u00e9 znalosti a dovednosti vyzkou\u0161et v praxi.
